Kiroro Grand JAPÃO

We recently traveled from New York City to Hokkaido (followed by a short visit to Tokyo) and spent a wonderful week at Club Med Kiroro. The staff is very welcoming and caring. Our 6-year-old daughter loved Club Kids Club staff (she called them "my teachers") very much. In particular, Camila (from Algentina) was very helpful and caring, making my daughter feel special during our stay. The food was fantastic, particularly bread they bake there!

First of all, our family really enjoy time in Club Med Kiroro! Active sports, organizing events, relaxing onsen, everything was perfect. We would like to special thanks to G.O. team.

'HeeJae' from reception part, she really take good care of us and always welcome us with good smile. We really thanks about share her time with us in Kiroro.
'Mia' also from reception part, she leading Korean G.M. team so well.
'James' from bar, he always serve high level of drinks with big smile. It was great time to talking about life story together.
'Fim' from restaurant, he welcome us with positive attitude everytime when we enter the restaurant and 'Anna' from welcome service part, she take good care of us and teach me many crazy sign steps. 'Tanjung' is amazing G.O. dance team, 'Berfin' also help us alot.

Really happy time in Club Med Kiroro especially Cheif 'Merlin', she is best chief ever. See you again soon Club Med!

The tennis academy is a must-do activity for beginners to advanced students! They had this program as well last year but it is even better this year with guest coaches that have victories versus Rafael Nadal!!!

The program director, Fred is very friendly and teaches lessons in fluent English and Japanese and also was a top ranked player in the world! I heard his academy will be at the Club Med in Okinawa (Kabira) in the winter, so I am making plans to join him there as well!!!

Of course, the Club Med atmosphere is amazing as always. To be able to play tennis everyday in such a festive and international environment is such a wonderful privilege!

日本人スタッフにLineで相談や事前申し込みのアクティビティの予約ができるようになっており、
日程表などが詳しくわかるアプリ（現地でQR読み込みする）も英語か日本語を選べます。
プチクラブにはたいてい日本人スタッフがいるようで、
ミニクラブスタッフも翻訳アプリを駆使して日本語話者の子どものお願い事を理解しようと努めてくれたようです。
晴天ですと、広々とした屋外がとても気持ちよく（札幌・千歳より涼しい）、
様々なアクティビティがありますが、
雨でもプール・温泉がありますし、
2025夏はインド出身のGOによるヨガが1日3セッション
（＋空手を取り入れたものと瞑想タイム各1セッション）もありました。
また、マリーン村長とGOたちが創意工夫して雨の日プログラムを企画してくれていました。
結果、私は持って行った本を読み終えませんでした。
トマムにあるようなGMが体験できる空中ブランコはありませんが、
サーカスチームGOによるショーは楽しめます。
ダンス系のショーも、さっきまで別の仕事をしていたGOたちが出演していて、
芸達者（＋日々の深夜帯の練習の賜物）と感嘆しました。
少しまとまった休日を過ごすのに、素晴らしいところです！

Yurina encouraged my shy little one to try to participate in the mini club show.
Willie, my little one loved to dance, mimicing your elegant postures, even now,
with the Panda on her chest.
Matthew's yoga helped me start every day peacefully. I'm very stiff but I can reach a little further now.
GICO 10 members, thank you for treating my little one equally despite the short participation time driven by a desire for medals.
Joa, you are always helpful, not to miss my little one on the way back from football court, to find places for the fabulous shows, etc.
Your grill mastery kept the yakiniku from turning into charcoal.　
Besides, you are so elegant on the stage!
Shun's Spanish skills should prove invaluable.
Sergio, we loved both your OGON and KAEN restaurants, and also the room service.
Sergei, I enjoyed my very first Nordic walk—thank you.
Rodel, we learned that humans aren't the only ones drawn to the smell of grilled meat.

Last but not least, we had a great time chatting with GOs and other GMs whose names not mentioned here—all in all, it was a fun stay that passed in a blink.

Amazing first time Club Med experience & Kiroro Grand exceeded our expectations. Outstanding food with Hokkaido’s ingredients but it’s the personal touch/interactions with the staff (GO’s) that made our trip so memorable. Everything, big or small, was handled quickly without even having to ask. The staff put on some amazing shows considering they’re not professional entertainers. Thank you Merlin and her team Jen, Sam, Fede, Bruno, Mathew, Wisnu, Dileep, Tanjung, Ocean, Perla, Max, Elgan, Serge, Tong, Rein, Rakesh & others for the wonderful memories…
