I’ll start by saying, we had a lovely time. And we are so grateful to all the employees. But honestly: The staff is so overworked. These people work 10+ hours 6 days an week and have to wear these uniforms when it’s insanely hot and humid out, and for what?? Let the beauty of the place do the work. And maybe hire more people so you don’t have to overwork your employees so much. There’s no way they can provide the service you want if they’re on their 11th hour in 100 degrees and 80% humidity. Do better, club med. We paid so much money for this trip. Surely more of that can go to hiring more staff.

I had an amazing experience during my stay at Club Med Punta Cana. The resort itself is beautiful — the beach, the activities, and the atmosphere make it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy. The staff truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

A special mention goes to Mike from the Mini-Club, who was extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay. His positive energy and attentiveness really stood out and made a difference in my experience. It’s clear he genuinely cares about making guests feel comfortable and well taken care of.

Wonderful two weeks at Club Med Punta Cana. The staff were friendly and a special shout out for Marie-Laurette in guest relations who went out of her way to make it a great experience.

Wow wow wow wow! What a week😁 Thank you Club Med Punta Cana staff for making our stay magic. Starting with the warmest welcome from entertainment manager, Miguel, and his endless hospitality and spirit. The staff at Indigo took such incredible care of us and it was a gift to see the smiles of Abrahim, Damaris, Leidy, Yuleides, Angela and Martina every morning. I was dining alone at Indigo my last night and Juan Pablo treated me like family making it an unforgettable experience. My meal of tuna tartare, filet mignon, coconut rice, and chocolate mosse was muy delicioso!

Meleidys, Yuyu, Mabel, and Leo kept my feet happy and dancing with salsa lessons morning and night💃 Their joy and passion for dance is infectious😁

More shout outs to Clement and Samuel in archery who demonstrated infinite patience and kindness with instructing us first-timers.
Thank you to lifeguard Danny who met us with smiles every day at the waterpark slides.
Thank you to incredible mixologists Eduardo, Enel, Margaux, Rachel, and Jean Baptiste who whipped up delicious and refreshing cocktails!
Thank you to Yves Junior- who I had the pleasure of sharing lunch and beautiful conversation with at Hispaniola.
To Margarita who always made sure we had fresh linens and towels.
And to Celio who helped me so much in my departure.

The whole experience exceeded all my expectations and it’s all thanks for the whole team!
I never left in tears from any holiday I’ve been but the team in Punta Cana Club Med has been exceptional!
My daughters had a blast at the kids club, I would like to name few of the team that outshines the whole experience, massive thank you to Vero Koko, Banana, Jeffson, Ralph and John, Daniel, Davidson. Kudos to the circus team for teaching kids to go above and beyond their possibilities with acrobatic moves!

Duda at the reception desk was so caring and gave us without asking late checking, his genuine care proves his outstanding customer service skills.
