Beautiful facilities and outstanding food. So much for kids to do and it all felt super safe. Very friendly GOs and a great atmosphere. Would highly recommend this

As a family, we tend to do alot of 4 and 5 star family hotel vacations but nothing compares to this Club Med in Marbella. We had so much fun it truly left us wanting to stay another week! Our 8 and 10 year old loved the Kids club, allowing them to choose what activity they wanted to do. The facilities was top notch, incredible tennis and padel courts at your disposal. The app and the booking system for everything worked seamlessly. My son had an incredible private tennis lesson with Coach Alejo that truly impressed us, how well they all treat and train the kids. The food throughout the entire stay was absolutely delicious and always different every day – we couldn't fault it. The rooms were comfortable, clean, perfect temperature and every detail was taken care of. We never thought this level of all-inclusive holidays existed (coming from Portugal, we never had this, and if we did, you had to pay a lot more). Overall, for active families, who want to do sports and gym, and keep kids well entertained, this is the place. We will definitely be coming next year.

This was our fourth stay at Club Med, and once again — it didn’t disappoint. I genuinely admire the Club Med concept: the staff’s dedication, the thoughtful structure of the experience, the friendliness, and the attention to detail — all of it creates that unique atmosphere of vacation you want to come back to again and again. Club Med Marbella was no exception: we had a fantastic time as a family, recharged with sunshine, sports, and joy.

The only downside, unfortunately, was the experience at the main bar near the reception. The bartender — a young woman — was not very welcoming, and at times even rude. We often had to wait several minutes while she finished cleaning or organizing before she even acknowledged us. More frustrating was the repeated issue with coffee: despite clearly requesting oat milk due to my allergy, I realized halfway through my drink that it had been made with regular milk. On one occasion, she even refused to pour beer, saying it was unavailable — though it was being served in other bars.

These were small things in the context of an otherwise outstanding service, but they did leave a bit of an unpleasant aftertaste. I truly hope the management takes note, as Club Med continues to be a concept and product I admire deeply. Thank you once again for another beautiful holiday!
