An absolutely wonderful holiday. We couldn't have asked for more.
One of the standout features of the club for us was how hardworking the staff team are - from cleaners, to groundsmen, bar staff to the reception desk. It doesn't matter what level someone's role is, the effort and level of commitment to their part in the overall experience went way beyond our expectations. The CDV Andrea is always present and works tirelessly to be visible and make all guests welcome.
We had tennis lessons with Carine and Emma who are both friendly and professional. Carine taught us so much. We witnessed everyone progressing in the course of one lesson, which is the epitome of a good teacher. They were both able to teach in a range of languages and encouraged us to attend the Sport's Club Cocktails on the Azzurro Rooftop on Thursday night -which we did. Andrea had previously tipped us off that it was the most romantic spot in the resort, so we'd already had some drinks up there under the stars alone.
The Zen Pool is stunning and peaceful. It has panoramic views across the Tyrrhenian Sea and isn't overcrowded.
The steps down to the sea at Riva Beach are perfect for getting into the sea without any fuss and the main pool by the Azzurro Bar is clean. Each of the three areas cater very well according to your preference of sea, pool or tranquility.
Our only improvement there would be more shade for the Zen Pool loungers.
The Sailing Club was wonderful and the range of seacraft was excellent. My husband went sailing and we both took out pedal boards which I'd never used before. I thought it was simply the best day ever down on the sea.
Our bedroom was clean, had all the facilities we needed and the cleaning staff were incredibly hardworking. They provided our room with a cupboard full of bottled water.
The food and drink in the bars and restaurants was exceptional. There was a great range of non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks. We enjoyed the fun ideas for daily cocktails and the great pop up aperitif stalls. We loved the live music which set a great atmosphere for evening pre-dinner drinks. A huge shout out to the chef preparing the nightly appetizers by the Azzurro Bar. He was surrounded by wasps but worked on through the bombardment to provide us with delicious treats.
The beach side restaurant was unbelievably beautiful. Great food and incredible scenery. Again, very hardworking and attentive staff.
La Rocca had an amazing range of food. Really high quality with daily new starters and main courses. We felt spoilt by the chefs. There are lots of table options so you can sit alone and feel privacy, or with new friends you've made. We also loved the dramatic backdrop of Cefalù across the sea. I'm still closing my eyes to see the beautiful image burnt onto my retina.
We had a fun day out on the Vespa excursion. Although we wouldn't recommend it to those without experience of driving 2 wheels as some of the uphill twists and turns may be a bit challenging. Also, there isn't an equivalent of an MOT in Italy, so the Vespas needed a little TLC. It was an interesting excursion and the guide Salvatore put a lot of effort into explaining the history of Castelbuono.
The chauffeurs to and from the airport (David & an Italian man), were welcoming, knowledgeable and the best they could be.
Overall, a wonderful holiday. The scenery is just as advertised and totally breathtaking, there are lots of carts to transfer you around if you don't want to walk, a wonderful atmosphere, exceptional food and an incredibly hardworking team. We would love to return and are already looking at future dates or other Club Med Exclusive Resorts. A heartfelt 'thank you' to all staff at Cefalù for the perfect holiday. We appreciate you!

Thanks again for best holiday ever. Great to be back at Cefalu. The happiness in this place is unmatched.

We had the loveliest of weeks at Club Med Cefalu. The resort and rooms were spectacular and lovely and clean. We enjoyed a walk into Cefalu too. Lots of great activities within the resort, great food and wine, and chill club for the kids.

A special mention to some of the loveliest staff. Thanks to Alexia for everything from sea kayaks to dancing, Chiara and Tidhar for sailing and tours, Jo for football with, Eva for relaxed yoga, Faustine for super Aquagym and Pilates (great music choice!) and of course Juliette with the puddings. This is a place to revisit next year.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and impeccable service. The entire staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Their friendliness made us feel truly at home in this beautiful paradise. The resort itself is stunning — breathtaking views, delicious food, and a wide range of activities. Every detail was taken care of with care and professionalism. Thank you to the amazing team for making our stay so special. I can’t wait to come back!

Rafael works for the reception and he’s so attentive
