Cefalù ITÁLIA

This was our third time at Club Med Cefalù and it just keeps getting better. It’s such a happy place for our family – we always leave smiling and already planning our return.

The people make all the difference. The reception team (Rafael, Giulia, and Amandine) were fantastic as always. On the water, Alexia, Chiara, and Tidhar from the nautical team were amazing and so friendly. Elisa at the spa, Fabiola in the boutique, Thomas from the sports team and Alon at the bar all added to our fun times.

And we cannot forget Andrea, the Chief of the Village - he sets the tone with incredible energy that you feel everywhere in the resort.

Cefalù is truly our happy place – already excited for visit number four!

We’ve just returned from our second trip to Club Med Cefalù — a 12-night family holiday — and once again it was a fantastic experience overall.

The Azzurra restaurant was outstanding, with excellent food and service throughout. In contrast, the River restaurant was a let-down: the fish of the day was dry and the food didn’t meet the same standard. Worth it for the views, but not for the food.

The staff are what really make this resort shine. Chef de Village Andrea leads an amazing team. Jem’s entertainment crew kept the days lively and fun, and DJ Ludo was simply world-class — the nights he played were unforgettable. Our personal favourites were Chiara, Tidhar and Alexia from the nautical team, and a big shout-out to Francesco at the bar, who made the best cocktails we’ve had anywhere.

The only downside was housekeeping. Bathrooms weren’t cleaned properly (our bath was never scrubbed), and rooms were often left until 5pm to be serviced, which is far too late when you’re coming back from the pool. For a five-star Exclusive Collection resort, this really needs attention.

Overall though, an amazing holiday with wonderful staff, great food at Azzurra, and some truly memorable entertainment. We will definitely be back — but hope to see improvements in housekeeping next time.

We’ve just returned from a wonderful 12-day stay at ClubMed Cefalu, our second time there — and certainly not our last.

There is so much to love about this resort: the facilities, the food, the location, and above all the people. Cefalu itself is a charming Sicilian town just 2 km away, and the resort offers regular guided walks there. Our favourite was the Wednesday night walk, which came with creative and fun surprises.

As always with ClubMed, the G.O. team made the experience truly special. Andrea, the Italian Resort Manager, brought local culture to life and ran the resort with real passion, care, and customer focus. Pietro, the Head Chef, and Andrea, the Food & Beverage Manager, and their teams made dining a highlight — everyone we spoke to loved the food and the service.

My wife and I both enjoy sports. While the gym is small, it has everything needed for a good workout and was never too busy. Faustine’s strength classes were excellent—different every time, challenging, and fun. The Nautical Centre was another highlight, with sailing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. Huge thanks to Chiara and Alexia for making our stay so special!

Jo, who leads the walks, was always so much fun, kind, smiling and so Italian !!! 😊 At the pool bar, Ivan's energy and dedication made it fun to hang around.

Unfortunately, there was one negative moment. During an evening quiz, the resort’s Leisure Experience Manager made a remark about my accent in front of other guests, which felt unprofessional and left me uncomfortable. She later avoided us instead of addressing it. Whilst mostly a French speaking resort, we expected better and I hope feedback like this helps ensure future English-speaking guests feel fully welcome.

In summary, we loved our stay and would absolutely return to ClubMed Cefalu where we spent another memorable holiday. Highly recommended.

Great Club to visit in a wonderful part of the World with lots of relaxation and fun in the sun. Enjoyment for one and all with great foods, drinks, music and water fun in a part of Europe that includes ancient sites.

This was an amazing holiday venue - the food was absolutely wonderful & the position, overlooking Cefalù was so beautiful.
