Yasmina MARROCOS

We spent 11 active days as a family in Yasmina and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Facilities:
The resort is built on a hill, so expect to walk up and down stairs throughout the day — which we actually appreciated as a nice daily workout. The garden areas are beautifully designed and very well maintained, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were simple but functional, and since we didn’t spend much time in them, this wasn’t an issue for us.

Sports & Activities:
We tried many different sports and had the pleasure of meeting some fantastic and highly dedicated GOs.

A special shoutout to our Tennis GOs Hadji and Diego — always smiling, helpful, and up for a good laugh!
To GO Zen at archery: the master of both archery and dance moves — we still can’t believe we won the tournament!
For ground sports, we thank Souhail (Sousou) and Roland.
Sousou, a young GO bursting with energy and potential — we still don’t understand how he manages everything he does (including dancing late into the night), always with a huge smile.
Roland is the fittest GO we’ve ever met in any Club — a true fitness machine! A motivating coach who pushes you hard during workouts but does it with great charm. He was sociable, kind, and truly inspiring. Muchas Gracias Rolando!
Audrey’s fitness sessions were also excellent. She managed to adapt her classes to all skill levels, ensuring that everyone had a proper and effective workout.

And last but not least, a big thank you to Amine, Chef de Sport. His professional leadership, daily presence from morning walks to evening “Crazy Signs”, and support for his team were outstanding. Merci, Amine!

Teens Club:
A heartfelt thank you to Hamza and Marie for looking after our teenager. She had a fantastic time and truly enjoyed all the activities you offered.

Bar Food Service:
A big compliment to Khalid and Eudes-Glory for their dedicated and friendly service. Even during the busiest hours, they kept smiling and served us with kindness and excellent drinks.
A very special thank you to Mohammed (the waiter with large black square glasses) — he took great care of us every day, practiced Spanish with us, and was always warm and attentive. ¡Gracias!

Administration:
Khadija, HR Trainer, was exceptionally kind. Thank you for your support and for the enriching conversations we shared.

Areas for Improvement:
The most noticeable shortcoming was the cleanliness in public areas. Dirty glasses and dishes were frequently left on tables around the bar and pool. The floor around the bar and in the food areas was often sticky. This definitely needs improvement.
The Chef de Village, Ashley, was not as visible or energetic as we’ve experienced in other villages. A more engaging presence from her would enhance the overall atmosphere.
As for the food, while the quality was very good, the variety became repetitive after seven days — a slightly broader selection would be appreciated. Kind regards D&S

We had a great experience at this resort. Great ambiance, delicious food (and a lovely friendly Italian food manager), great sports options and most importantly, super friendly GO’s!. As an observation:
-the WiFi could be better and sometimes there is no connection at all.
-the tidiness of the tables at the restaurant could be improved.

This was our first Club Med holiday for 6 years. We had a great seaview overlooking the Club gardens . The room was comfortable and was well maintained.
The sea was a little chilly so we spent most of our time round the Zen pool which was a haven of tranquillity. The GO's were very attentative and nothing was to much trouble.
The main restaurant had a varied choice of dishes and offered something for every one .
The poolside reception were great in answering all our day to day enquires and a special thank you to Maria for all her help.
Overall we had a great holiday and would recommend this Club.

Our stay at Club Med Yasmina was definitely one of the most amazing and unforgettable holidays! We were so warmly welcomed by the lovely lady Khady; she is definitely a true 'sunshine' of the club. Thank you, Khady, for the excellent service!💖

It was a real pleasure to meet all these very friendly, helpful, and positive-attitude lovely people, and they are the reason why we would love to return to the same place!

I had a great time at Yasmina, CDV Ashley was present. The Go bar Imed, Ashraf,Bilal, Nourdine,Youssef , Jacob nice and har workers. Abdou beach bar always available and put a smile in your face. Reception Ayoub was very nice and always smiling. Maria at reception Sultana was always available with a big smile and professional . Horseback team was great managed by Nabil he made sure I had a good time when I went out for a ride. I will back again for sure.
