We enjoyed our stay as a family. We were hesitant as it is pricey, but the family discovered activities for the first time they would never have tried, and it was all-inclusive. Lots of small kids as the mini-kids clubs are popular. For a summer trip with teens, I'd recommend a 4 or 5 day stay. Winter months are more popular. Still lots to do. I wish there were more lounges and cafes at this resort. Only 1 main dining area really for dinner, and a separate chalet style bar that serves appetizers and snacks when the main restaurant is closed... the entertainment in evening wasn't stellar, but family enjoyed themselves overall during day with activities.
The Chalet in later evening has DJ and music, but no snacks, just a bar. Most left for their room after entertainment done by 10:30pm

We had a great experience at the kids club. The staff was full of energy and was very attentive. Both the kids club and baby club were great. Special shout out to Sarah, Anna and Roman. They were so friendly and patient with our kids. They made our stay extra special

Picturesque setting. Very friendly staff. Kids loved it; especially the circus classes!!
Maggie, Yury and Hikma (sorry of misspelled) were amazing! Patient, kind and willing to constantly teach new tricks to my son, thanks so much for the memories!!
