Quebec Charlevoix Canadá

This was our first time staying at Club Med, and we had such a great experience from start to finish. One of the people who really stood out to us was Nate at the bar. He was always welcoming, attentive, and provided amazing service every time we stopped by. He made the atmosphere fun and genuinely seemed to enjoy making sure everyone was having a good time.

We also got to see him perform in the Music Factory show, and we were seriously impressed! His impressions of Lionel Richie, Freddie Mercury, and all the other artists he portrayed throughout the show were hilarious and incredibly entertaining. It was so much fun seeing the same person serving us drinks at the bar completely transform into different performers on stage.

We also have to mention Adrian at the wine cellar, who gave us some excellent suggestions and really took the time to help us find wines that matched what we were looking for. His recommendations were spot on and made the experience even better.

Nate and Adrian definitely helped make our first Club Med vacation one to remember. Great service, great personalities, and an amazing experience overall. We’ll absolutely be back!

Adrian and Eddy were the best bartenders serving up inspirations of the moment. The Charlevoix taste was present in they’re cocktail combos. Go see the boys at the main bar. A must!!!!

We went to this club for the outdoor activities so we were pleased with it. The food is good and the rooms are comfortable with a nice view of the St-Laurent if you book on this side of the resort. Overall, I would recommend this resort if you like the mountain activities and fitness class. You can also take your car and visit the nice town which are not too far from the resort.

The primary purpose of the trip was to mountain bike, hike and relax. The mountain bike was as usual very good. The trails were well maintained and the guides had good skills. The hiking trails where nice with friendly guides who share their knowledge of the area and the nature.

We had a fantastic family vacation! Jesus and the entire bar staff is fantastic — cocktails and coffee are delicious and they’re happy to make whatever you’d like.
