From the moment we arrived, we felt the energy and warmth of the Club Med Rio team. It truly was an unforgettable experience!

A huge shout-out to the fantastic artistic crew, every night was a show full of talent and good vibes. Manu, the dance teacher, brought so much joy and energy to every session. And the live bands were just amazing, special mention to Rodrigo, the bassist, who blew us away with his talent!

Alecio and Guilherme also made a big difference : thank you both for your availability, for taking the time to answer all my questions (even in French!), and for making sure everything was perfectly organized. You really helped make the stay even more enjoyable.

One small area for improvement: the quantity of sports equipment (balls, rackets, etc.) was a bit limited at times, which meant we couldn’t always join some daytime activities. Not a big issue, but worth noting.

Overall, it was an incredible stay — full of rhythm, smiles, and sunshine. Thank you to the whole team for making it so special. We’ll be back! 🌞🎶💃

Wat a wonderfull week in thios Brasilian Club. The place is really exceptional.
Food and drinks also and a particular thank to Kris from the wine cellar for this amazing tasting and experience in the tasting room.
The teens club was also nice, we didn't see one of our daughter for one week.

Really well equipped hotel. Was able to do plenty of activities. The most amazing and friendly staff always down to socialize. They really form a part of the experience. I want to thank in particular Matias, Martin and Gelado with whom I shared great memories.

Our experience was amazing, especially thanks to the incredible GO team. Big and Fran from La Reserve were fantastic, always ensuring we had an unforgettable stay. Alecio and Guilherme from Guest Relations were very kind and helpful, and Marcelo at Reception was attentive and welcoming.

The sports team made our stay extra special — Gabriel, Luiza, Gelado, Mari, Nati, Mafe, Giovanne, and Jesus were all wonderful, creating memorable moments with their energy and care.

The bar and restaurant teams were also very sweet. Special thanks to chefs Gabriel and Virgilio, Ana Caroline at the beach, Marcos at Chef de Village cocktails, Hugo in Jangada, and Gabriel in the ice cream section of the main restaurant.

Daiane, leader of the sanitary area, was extremely kind and attentive, as was Nurse Marcela. The boutique staff — Emily, Samara, and Ingrid — were also lovely and made our experience complete.

We couldn’t have asked for a better team or more memorable stay!
