Kiroro Grand JAPÃO

I was looking for some time to disconnect and recharge the batteries and Kiroro Grand turned out to be the perfect place for that! 5 days immersed in the lush Hokkaido mountain’s greenery or exploring nearby places (car is a good plus for independent excursions) and job done! Really would like to mention the super energetic Club Manager Merlin and her amazing team for finding the right balance between engaging guests and leaving them space when needed to. And of course GO Berfin for taking care and being supportive on any small detail, it really makes the difference! Fred and his tennis academy crew: it doesn’t happen very often to have a chance to train with an ATP pro as a coach and it was for sure my best tennis since many many years ago! A special mention also to Ai for sharing even in front of a drink all the sports activities available at the club and to Matthew the yoga instructor: classes definitely recommended. If you are looking for a spot to decompress in summer after months in the office, Kiroro Grand is the place!

Many of the GO were very approachable and comforting, encouraging us to enjoy. Their sense of responsibility in passing guests' concerns to their colleagues was truly admirable.

Every GO was incredibly helpful, providing a warm welcome and outstanding service. They were more than happy to take your feedback, including improvement points, and tried to follow up.

I liked the neatly arranged room with a view of the mountain, and the bed was comfortable. And also, there were lots of In & outdoor activities with an expert GO who can give you an excellent experience even if it's your first try.

We've already been to Clubmed Sahoro, Tomamu and Okinawa, but Kiroro felt really special, thanks to the great GOs there! Everyone was kind and cheerful, including the Chef de Village Merlin, who came to say hello in person when we arrived, and was always paying attention to us. To my surprise there were a lot of brazilians GOs, who made my stay so great, in special Bruno, Gabriel, Will, and others too, sorry im so bad for remembering names! Also special thanks to Kensei from the sports team, Kyle from the miniclub, everyone from the bar (thanks for the caipirinha!), the yoga teacher, and many others.

Love Kiroro grand!!!! They provide many different activities that you can do everyday. For example, cycling, power walk, mountain board, aqua gym. Their GO’s are all very friendly and welcoming. They also have shows later the day which is very entertaining and great to spend some time in the theater. Definitely recommend for people who want to relax, and spend time with family and friends.

Traveling is something that usually bothers me a lot. This time, however, I ended up in a truly wonderful place. Not just because everything was impeccably organized —which is to be expected in places like this— but because Club Med really achieves excellence through the warmth and genuine connection their staff create with the guests, especially with the children.

We were looked after by Belfi and Shun, two young people full of vitality and a contagious zest for life that truly inspired our kids. We also met Fede and Camila — one made me rediscover how fun sports can be when lived with true passion, and the other showed incredible sweetness and care while looking after the little ones in the kids’ club.

In short, this wasn’t just a vacation. It was a lesson in joy, connection, and humanity. Thank you guys! :))
