Tomamu Hokkaido JAPÃO

thank you every single one of you GOs for the best first snow and ski experience my family and i had!! when we first arrived, we were the first guests of the season and we had so many GOs gather and welcome us. special thanks to logan, the manager, who did the champagne fountain and made our stay so memorable. for skiing, we had jack, tan, ruben and ben as our ski instructors and they were all very professional and encouraging, making us want to ski again each day we were there. reka was an awesome teens club GO as she planned amazing activities for us everyday and we even got a chance to perform on stage! my sister had an amazing time in the mini club and all the GOs handled the kids really well. other GOs and instructors like daisy, charlotte, oliver, dodo, will, cai, adam, albert & many more were also very friendly and helpful, always made sure we were having a great time. another shout out to iris for being so friendly and athena for making sure i got back to my room safely after one of the night entertainments. the receptionists were also really friendly and patient! during the night entertainments, the GOs really tried their best to deliver a great performance for us despite many of them not being dancers and singers themselves. the crazy signs and games were the best, it was where everyone could engage with the GOs and make new friends.
of course, not forgetting the boutique shop and ski pro shop GOs!
overall it was a really really great 6d5n and my family and i sure had alot of fun. my parents planned a birthday surprise for me and really thankful to those who helped set up and made it special.

We had a wonderful stay at CLUBMED TOMAMU. The GM clearly leads his team well. Everyone was friendly and happy and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant.

We would like to make special mention of some of the G.O.s that made our stay extra special. We had two children, aged 11 and 4, and both were in the Mini club and Ski School.

The Mini Club did an amazing job every day. Our 4 year old was often tired from ski lessons and evening shows. Mai Family Manager and her team Wadee, Arri, Grace, Aun, they were exceptional! They always making sure our little one was always happy, looked after, encouraged and entertained even when she did not want to ski. Our daughters often talked about them! Momo and Ay Yang were also very helpful!

In the Ski school there were many standout GOs doing great work. Angelina was an absolute star and her interaction with the kids in the mini clubs, getting them ready to ski and coming back each day was amazing. Her energy, honesty and heartfelt care for the kids was outstanding and reflected in her bonds with our children.

My husband and I enjoyed our ski lessons, in particular with Chris D. His explanations, patience and coaching were great. We definitely improved with his coaching.

Mao the boutique manager, was a standout GO. She really made us feel welcome and made our evenings entertainment something to remember. John was also a wonderful entertainer and we enjoyed his daily shows. Yum arranged wonderful events every night and is something of an entertainer himself. Rohit at the bar was a standout GO and interacted with our kids wonderfully.

We enjoy every entertainment programme every night. Every Staff were doing their best after their long day at work to give best performance, we could see how hard work they did practice and all the effort they put in to make great memories every night! Big round of applause for everyone of you!

We really had a wonderful time and the girls had already asked to return. We will definitely be back!

I am a Gold Club Med member who travels mostly to Club Med for the Winter Ski seasons. We came with family & friends of 11 pax to Tomamu for 4D3N stay. The rooms are spacious with contemporary interior, the food was amazing & impressive especially dinner served with fresh Hokkaido scallops, whole tuna, Alaska crabs 🦀, lamb racks & more.

We have total 6 children (from age 5-12) & most of them tried the snow boarding lessons as they already learnt skiing. They loved snowboarding so much because the instructors are amazing such as Rado (Rider 1) which are very gentle, fun & respectful to the children, Maj (Rider) who encourages the children they can do it.

As for adults, some of us tried snowboarding as i am already in Club 4 skier & would try something new. Jeppe; our beginner snowboarding coach was very attentive, helpful & will to go the extra miles to encourage us to improve more despite fallen many times. He walked up & down the slopes to correct every students under Jeppe's care. My 12 daughter, my sister-in-law & myself upgrade to SB1 the next day & we have requested Jeppe to coach us again. He is fantastic in managing different skill levels within the group. Kudos to other dedicated & attentive ski instructor namely Augustin (Club 4), Gido(Club 4), Toby (Club 1).

Mina-mina beach heated pool is wonderful after a long snowboarding & ski day. Onzen is generally crowded at night with queue numbers (beeper) being handout.

Lastly would like to thank the reception team (especially Mei) for contacting us prior to the trip to ensure everything is fine & check if we need anything to make our journey or stay better as well as BBQ Haku restaurant booking.

We will be back CM Tomamu again soon. Now will get ready for our next mth Club Med Kiroro Peak trip for adults.

This is our second time back in Club Med Tomamu. We have returned based on the hospitality we have received the last trip. Special mentions to the following GOs for making our time memorable: Jemmi from the Ski Shop, Ashley and Rohit from the Bar Team as they spent their days off spending time with us. It always feels as if we are with family when we come back. Great food, facilities and atmosphere. Last but not least Kira and Kimmi for joining our party.

We just returned from a 6-day, 5-night ski holiday at Club Med Tomamu, and it was absolutely wonderful. This was our second visit, and it certainly won’t be our last.

The experience was worry-free and fulfilling for the whole family. Being an all-inclusive resort, we were able to focus entirely on having fun and enjoying the amazing food. The real highlight, however, was the ski and snowboard coaching. Thanks to the dedicated instructors—specifically Chris D, Ollie, Emil, Wang, Neza and Marti—the whole family saw significant improvement in their skills. It made the trip even more rewarding.
