Another great CM Turkoise holiday. Lara in guest relations was super nice and kept me updated. Acir Junior new chef of village is very welcoming and has a great mentor in Theo (Cancun). Scuba Dive team: Khinda, Flo, Hugo, Anne & Dr Bob were Extra Fantastic. Sailing center, wine center, gift shop and Sharky staff very welcoming & helpful. All buffet staff very friendly and enjoyed my food, beverages and deserts

Club Med Turks & Caicos offers a truly beautiful setting for a holiday, with its stunning white-sand beach, crystal-clear turquoise water and a relaxed atmosphere. The food quality and variety were excellent, and the resort offers a range of activities that add a lot to the overall experience. While there were a few areas where I believe the guest experience could be improved, there were also some people and experiences that made my stay particularly memorable.

One person who made a real difference was Iara from Guest Relations. She is a truly exceptional GO who embodies the Club Med spirit through her genuine kindness, empathy and outstanding sense of service. Her support began even before my arrival, as she was already answering questions and providing helpful guidance. Throughout my stay, she remained incredibly approachable, responsive and reliable, always taking the time to help and making sure my questions and concerns were addressed promptly.

What impressed me most was her attitude even in difficult situations, particularly when addressing disappointing experiences. Iara consistently remained respectful, empathetic and professional, listening carefully and responding with genuine understanding and a clear willingness to help. She made me feel heard and taken seriously, which made a real difference to my overall experience.

Another highlight was the Pickleball classes with Shaquille. He was always helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and his lessons were both informative and enjoyable. Even as a beginner, I felt comfortable, well supported and able to learn and improve. His ability to explain the game clearly and create a welcoming learning environment made the activity a genuinely rewarding part of my stay.

The snorkeling trips were another fantastic experience. Having the opportunity to take a boat out to snorkel adds something special to the resort, and the team accompanying us was consistently friendly, helpful and attentive.

The food and overall dining quality also contributed significantly to the holiday. The variety, quality and care put into the food made dining a real highlight and complemented the beautiful surroundings perfectly.

Unfortunately, my experience with the Sailing Team was considerably less positive. I was disappointed by the way certain situations were handled and by what I perceived as an unhelpful approach to mistakes and learning. Rather than fostering a constructive learning environment, the communication sometimes focused on pointing out what guests were doing wrong instead of helping them understand how to improve.

I believe there is an opportunity for the Sailing Team to adopt a more supportive and constructive approach, with greater emphasis on helping guests learn, improve and feel comfortable asking questions. Respectful communication, patience and a genuine willingness to support guests should be essential, particularly in a learning environment. Mistakes should be treated as opportunities for guidance rather than reasons for criticism. Greater consideration of guests’ individual needs and a more encouraging atmosphere would make a real difference.

Overall, my holiday had many highlights. The stunning beach and turquoise water, the excellent food and the variety of activities provided a fantastic setting. What made the experience particularly special, however, were the personal interactions and the people who went out of their way to make guests feel welcome and supported. Iara’s exceptional care, Shaquille’s engaging lessons and the friendliness of the snorkeling team are great examples of the positive impact individual GOs can have on a holiday. With some improvements like the sailing experience, Club Med Turks & Caicos has all the ingredients to deliver an outstanding stay.

Andrea was a wonderful massage therapist. The fragrance, music and overall vibe was excellent. Her attitude made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Massage itself was very relaxing. I feel like a million dollars! Thank you Andrea!

A special thank you also goes out to Irela who made my wife felt like they were long lost friends. As a Bahamian Guest, i felt that DJ Dre was also a breath of fresh air. Blake, Manu, Riley and Royce - we thank you all for your positive energy. Hayden, Adan, Isa and Pia - you all made our stay so memorable.

This trip felt like more than a birthday vacation, but rather a homecoming reunion even though we literally met all of you for the first time LOL. See you next time!

I came to relax and enjoy island life at my own pace while having everything I could need or want in one resort, and that’s exactly what I got!

I enjoyed walking the beach right before sunrise it's quiet and peaceful.

Pam did an excellent job welcoming us in with hibiscus tea and water. Friendly and warm personality.

The location is fantastic, with an easy walk straight to your beach cabana.

We enjoyed the drinks and decent food. The red snapper, yellow fin tuna, sushi and octopus dishes were my absolute favorites! The dessert and breads are also amazing.

Pam, Irela and Geronimo made sharing meals memorable! Thanks for the good chats with us.

Manuela’s 8 a.m. sunrise yoga was a highlight, followed by a relaxing lunch and a fun, informative snorkel adventure with Ann. Ann and the staff were awesome, helpful, and well organized, especially when getting everyone on and off the boat. Ann's impressive whistling skills can be heard from anywhere in the ocean super safe with Ann leading the way! Be early to snorkel.

The morning of checkout we scheduled a massage and facial, the absolute best way to end our trip! Marianna worked her magic hands and I instantly melted into a deeper state of relaxation. 10/10 I would book Marianna again.

The beach is best ! The availability of shade huts was not a problem, available all day. The chaises at the pool were placed too close together and it was hard to move to get much needed shade. The quality and variety of food has changed and not as good as previous years. Rooms are basic and very clean.
