Turkoise TURCOS E CAICOS

It’s been over 30 years since I last visited Club Med Turkoise, and while some things have changed, I’m happy to report that the spirit of the place is very much alive and well!

The G.O.s are just as friendly and welcoming as ever — although I did have a funny realization that they’re now all younger than me (haha!). The beach is still that powdery white sand I remembered, and while there are more properties on either side of the resort, it still feels wonderfully uncrowded and peaceful.

After reading a few mixed reviews about the rooms, I braced myself for the worst — but was pleasantly surprised! The room was cozy and clean and so peaceful. The A/C is central and set at a comfortable temperature, making it a treat to come back to after a sunny day. The water pressure and temperature in my room worked perfectly too. Just a heads-up: some buildings are three stories high and don’t have elevators, so if stairs aren’t your best friend, request a lower level.

The gym gets bonus points from me — great A/C and everything you need to get your sweat on (in a good way!). The food buffet didn’t disappoint either. As a vegetarian, I found plenty of options — and the homemade pasta was chef’s kiss!

I also loved how much everyone got into the themed dress codes — it added such a fun, festive vibe to the evenings. Oh, and don’t forget your pool floaties — you’ll want them!

The “crazy signs” (Club Med’s signature dances) have definitely multiplied over the years, but that just means more fun for everyone. Even if you don’t know the moves, jump in — it’s impossible not to smile once you do.

All in all, Club Med Turkoise was every bit the sun-soaked escape I hoped for — and then some. Here’s hoping it doesn’t take me another 30 years to return to this slice of paradise! 🌴☀️🍹

We were so impressed with Club Med Turkoise! The talent of the staff from their daytime duties to performing talent shows every night was incredible. The infectious vibe that is everywhere was really a nice touch. We don't normally go to dance clubs or enjoy loud crowded situations. Pool parties and dance parties here were definitely the exception, they were a BLAST! The music and the energy from the staff made the trip extra special! The food was great too. We were very impressed buy the variety of options and how good it all was!

This was my second visit to CM Turkoise, both trips were amazing! The beach is a literal paradise and often feels like you have it all to yourself. I was able to partake in more fitness activities this time - a fun Zumba class with Jacqueline, energetic aqua gym with Kyle, sunset yoga and pickleball. I went sailing my first trip, an experience that should not be missed!

I love that CM has so many activities! But you could just as easily chill by the beautiful pool with a drink. Jackson and Alex were great at the bar. The nightly shows were super fun and Manu, the entertainment director, is very charismatic. There is live music throughout the day too, especially loved the ukulele and harmonica vibes of Marco at Sharkies. Overall, all the GO's did a great job making me feel welcomed - Penelope and Luciana were very friendly at reception.

I really enjoyed the food and accommodations as well. There's a large variety of offerings at every meal and the quality is impressive for an all inclusive stay. If you are trying to eat healthy-ish it's quite easy with salads, smoothies and detox water...to balance out all the white chocolate bread (I'm obsessed) and charcuterie :D Whether you are a solo traveler, couple or group of friends, CM Turkoise provides everything you could possibly need to relax and have fun on your vacation. I highly recommend it!
