Aizeck , Niki and Lunker 5 star service and excellent help in the rock climbing. I was very satisfied and happy with the rock climbing experience.

Despite the train broke down event, we had a good time during 4 days stay in early July. We saw two Sea turtles came to the beach to lay eggs. But the rangers were too aggressive and we couldn’t even get near to them although we didn’t make any noise or lid any light. They were screaming at us. After they took the eggs, we were able to see her near and witnessed her crawl back to the sea. It was an amazing experience. The excursion guy has an attitude and seems reluctant to work. Apart from these, we had a great time! The beach was great and we enjoyed our time there. Food variety was great too.

Fantastic Family Vacation at Club Med!

Our family trip to Club Med was truly memorable, thanks to the incredible staff and the resort's excellent amenities. The resort itself was clean, and the food selection was diverse and delicious, catering to everyone's tastes.

What has set this vacation apart was the friendliness and attentiveness of the GOs (Gentils Organisateurs). We want to give special shout-outs to a few who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home: Mr. Job, Mr. Mo and Ms Meene at reception were incredibly helpful and welcoming, En Nazmi, the pool lifeguard, provided excellent safety oversight, constantly watching over the guests - reassuring presence, especially with children. And finally, a huge thank you to Shen and Chiro, the bartenders, for crafting the extraordinary cocktails!

Their dedication and warm hospitality made our trip special and unforgettable. We highly recommend Club Med! This is my 5x to Club Med Cherating
