Very interesting and quiet place
Clean rooms and area and sufficient facilities, only our group got a room far from the center and restaurant. No transportation provided from the center to the room.
Reasonable price according to the food, free flow drinks, and facilities available
Very very low noise level
Very very tiptop service, very interesting activities and non-stop from morning to night

Very very satisfying for our incherge Zoey & Grayson

This was our second visit to Club Med, and once again, we experienced peace, tranquility, friendliness, and genuine warmth. The staff, especially Grayson and Zoey, were very helpful. A special thanks to Grayson for going above and beyond to arrange a place for us to complete our CAW.
We’ll definitely be back if we have the chance for a third visit!

Overall the stay was good and most importantly the children had a great time.

The main restaurant was at times difficult to find a clean empty table, especially towards the end of service. However, once dining the attentiveness of the staff was good. The quality of the food was excellent.

My major gripe would be the standard of the rooms. The rooms were smaller than expected, but ok in size. However the decor was dated and lighting wasn't great. In the bathroom, mould was an issue. Both around the tiled floor and on the ceiling. This is not what I expect for the price paid. Other small things include the safety notice being stuck to the rear of the door with sticky tape. The fridge could also have done with a defrost.

Unfortunately, noise was a little bit of an issue with loose floorboards outside the rooms causing loud noises when children were running.

However, overall we did enjoy our 1st stay at ClubMed and will hopefully be returning. The staff were excellent and the gardens etc. were beautiful.

Thanks for the hospitality of the G.O. and the cozy vibes there is really enjoyable and relaxing.

Besides, I want to highlight the exceptional service of bar team. They are warmth and friendly, especially the bartender Charo, made every drink with care and creativity, his cheerful and attentive manner made me feel welcoming and lively.

Ohh, there is one more highlight, the pistachio gelato in Mutiara restaurant is delicious 🤭

Holiday was excellent. Weather was good and time spent at the Zen pool was absolute bliss. The ride down to the beach on the 'train' was fun, as usual. The spa was enjoyable and Shima was an outstanding masseuse. Food selection was great, catering to all tastes. Bar staff were constantly on the ball. Would have liked to have more of the old style 'crazy signs'.
