Club Med was so much fun. Loved the food, dancing and free flowing cocktails. The vibe is relaxed and friendly. There was lots to do for those who like to be active.

The food options were plentiful and delicious. Asim and Carlos made sure our daughter’s dietary needs were looked after.

The rooms are tired, but renovations are underway - we hardly spent any time in the room.

Our stay at Club Med Bintan was absolutely fantastic! From the warm welcome at check in to the impeccable service throughout our stay, everything was perfect.
The room is dated but he had a stunning view that made our mornings unforgettable. the SPA services were relaxing, and the dining options offered delicious, high-quality meals.
The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience, always attentive and friendly.
Thank you to the Circus Team, Nanda, Ramah, Mimi, Sentha, Chef Asim, Leo, Snorkeling team, Moshe, Noor, Jina and many many more. Sorry I couldn’t remember all the name.
We’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend Club Med Bintan to anyone looking for relaxing getaway. Thank you for an incredible experience!

Beautiful resort with great facilities (pools, private beach, play areas for kids, artisan coffee bar, fitness/sports facilities), amazing views - you don t see all the cargo ships going through Singapore port.
Food is excellent, with great balance between local/asian and Western.
Excellent mini club team - led by Rere, our family had a crush for Syasya and Garfield.
Very welcoming and fast to make your children comfortable and grow in confidence.

Overall resort is more “intimate” sized than the “mega” sized Clubmeds which was perfect for our family. We will definitely come back.

We are always have a great time when we come to Bintan with a great GO team who always take care of us and keep us company during meals, activities, sports, night shows and after parties.
There is always so many activities during the day and we especially enjoyed the mega aqua fitness sessions, aerial yoga and doing crazy signs with our favourite GOs.
We also love the serenity of the private beach and the views especially from the top floor and spa.
The night shows especially the Remix show and Garden dinner were really amazing and showcases all the talent of the team.

Kids enjoyed Mini Club and the buffet meals perfectly. Various sports and activities fitting different interests! Excellent family vacation.
