A great vacational experiance and a total escape from the pressure. We arrived at Aug 1st and Edward, the hosting G.O, respond our request with maximum enthusiasm and effort to filfill our need from day 1 during the entire stay.

F&B is delicious and varisous. Activities are inspiring, funny, heart-warming and body-relaxing. People I met are kind, patient, skilled and funny.

Definitely, it is still in the to-go list even I have been there twice since the begining of year 2025.

We had a wonderful 4D3N stay at Club Med Bintan as a family of three (2 adults and a 2-year-old toddler). While we didn’t get to try all the fun activities due to time and caring for our toddler, the experience was still memorable and made us want to come back. We chose not to enroll our daughter in the Petite Club as we prefer to care for her ourselves until she’s old enough for the Kids Club. The food variety was impressive, though a few dishes didn’t quite meet our expectations. We truly appreciated being placed in a ground-floor room, which was helpful with a baby—though it would’ve been more convenient if it were closer to the main building. The room was clean and comfortable—we slept well! A bidet and a small mat to help shake off sand would be nice additions. Late checkout wasn't free but very affordable at IDR 180,000 per hour. Special thanks to Nanda and Chris for their warm welcome and for making us feel right at home. Overall, it was a lovely and relaxing experience, and we’re already looking forward to returning next year.
