Beidahu CHINA

We loved our ski holiday at Club Med Bedaihu! Coming from Australia and not speaking any Mandarin, we were a bit worried before arriving but everyone made us feel so welcome. Candy explained the whole process and was so helpful. Candy was also a life saver when we left some important things behind. She organised for this to be urgently sent to us. We are so grateful for this excellent customer service.
The staff always found an English speaker to assist us. Harrison, the CDV, was very warm and friendly and present throughout the day with a warm smile. The bedroom was very comfortable and cleaning was spotless. What makes it a fantastic holiday for me is when I don’t have to cook and the food at the restaurant was wonderful. There was a lot of choice with Western and Chinese food. We all loved the beef Wellington. The restaurant staff were excellent in particular Leon and Allison. The bar staff were excellent as well and we enjoyed the cocktails. I had 2 very relaxing massages at the spa, thank you Annie. The ski slopes are literally just outside the hotel and the slopes were great. We rented the ski equipment from Club Med and it was great quality but you can get it cheaper at another rental in the ski hall but you probably need to speak Mandarin. Shoutout to Fran, Dave and Amit who were wonderful ski instructors. As we don’t speak Mandarin we asked for English speaking instructors but as there are not many, they cannot always guarantee it but worth asking. You need to try the onsen across the street which is included in the price. Thank you to Alan and his team for organising stemless transport to and from the airport.

My 9 year old boy and I arrived at Beidahu on 1 January and departed on 6 January. The stay was very pleasant for us. The amenities at Beidahu are great with lots of good slopes for different levels of skiers and snow boarders. Special shoutout to Jacky, the Manager at Club Med and Bambi, the snow board instructor for my son. They went overboard to provide us with the most amazing services and we can feel the love and care they have for their guests and children. My son and I was the best vacation, and my son said that he would love coming back for an annual visit, and would love to have Bambi as his instructor in his future visits. ❤️

Amazing hospitality. As soon as you enter the resort you are greeted by warm and welcoming staff. There were many activities for the kids both day and night to keep them busy while you relax in the resort. There were plenty of amazing activities especially at night. An overall amazing experience would definitely visit again.

Mystay at Club Med BDH was, without a doubt, the most spectacular experience I've ever had. In my opinion, Club Med BDH is the premier destination for relaxation and enjoyment. The staff at Club Med BDH were exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring that everything was meticulously prepared. The food was outstanding, and the services, including the Ula Bar and Club, were simply superb.

Allow me to highlight three individuals who played a pivotal role in making the service extraordinary. First and foremost is Mr. Harrison, the club manager, who brought joy to us all almost every night by leading dances and warmly welcoming guests in the ski hall each morning.

Next is Alan, who ensured that we had an abundance of entertainment options at our disposal, should we desire them.

Lastly, but certainly not least, is the G.O. Team Echo. She was an incredibly lively and optimistic individual who assisted everyone at Club Med with great enthusiasm.

I would also like to mention the exquisite craftsmanship and architecture that surrounded us, making it impossible to feel lonely. The abundance of delicious food, entertainment options, and of course, the skiing, made the experience complete.

To sum it up, while perfection may be unattainable, Club Med BDH comes remarkably close, making you feel as though their club embodies perfection. In essence, it truly does.

First time traveling with club med , have to say very impressed with the whole trip , special thanks to the ski coaches and the restaurant team - Mr Leon and Mr Michael really went out of their way to meet our dietary requirements ,. Will hook again and already looking to the next trip .
