I think it was so fun.The G.Os are very nice expecialy Albir ,Bridetia,Bauline.I like that there are many friends and fun teachers.

First I would like to thank Miss Dayyu and her team from the petit club. For her and their amazing job with my little boy at the petit club, she and the team had our heart . My boy and myself where so sad to leave them they are so kind and their smile makes everything from the moment you step Inside the mini club. My boy loved so much to go there everyday. And I was so happy to know that he was with them for all the love they give and the memories. We still speak about them and we wish to have a Dayyu team in every club we go and will go.Thanks to Pauline as well for her smile, presence and help with my daughter as well in the mini club.Thanks To Younes for supervising all this mini club team. Younes is so good and we appreciate all the work done with his team to make our kids happy and the parents of course. Taking care about the feedback we give.
In Bali I want to thank so much people cuz we had such a great moment me and my Husband with our Five kids.
Thanks to Annouck for all her work too making us feeling safe and happy on our Hollidays in Club Med Bali and at least I wanna Thank Houcem the chef of the village. We spent 10 days at Club Med Bali in July. We just loved it, we could not fault them anything.
Facilities: we had a deluxe room (ground floor, bigger room). Very thankful to housekeeping who looked after us very well. The gardens are beautiful and very well looked after. My son loved the turtles, birds and water monitors in the gardens and ponds.
Activities: we loved the snorkelling trips and my husband and son really enjoyed the tennis lessons. The evening shows and the dinners out in the garden were a lovely way to spend our time.
Food: we really enjoyed our Club Med meals. The variety and the quality is hands down the best we have ever experienced in an all inclusive resort (we visited a few in the past from Egypt to Spain to the Caribbeans, other brands not Club Med). Also, it is worth mentioning that the there is a broad choice of drinks included with the All Inclusive formula. Again, resorts we have visited before would offer only beer and wine. Club Med includes also whisky, cognac and cocktails. Coffees are included as well.
Excursions: we did only one excursion to the Turtle Sanctuary. It was half a day excursion but it was interested to see the work that they do. Our son release a little turtle, that was one of the highlights of the trip for him.
Spa: we had a couple of massages, it was great!! Definitely recommend it.
Staff: last but not least important the staff. Everyone was lovely and made us feel exceptionally looked after. We do want to add some special mentions here: Semmy, Salah, Miao and Agung who were all simply amazing and made us feel like we left our friends behind when we left. Ashley, Tawan and Winnie who were always there to help or just for a chat. Raja (Sales Manager), who made us feel special by organising some things for our son's birthday and Lee (Tennis coach) who we shared many moments and laughs with.
Also, the General Manager Houchem. . He is always around the resort, from breakfast to night time, talking to the guest, supporting staff and meeting the guest (I still don't know how he remembers so many guest name!).
Restaurant staff and Club Med Shop staff were also always welcoming (thank you Ayu and Abu at the restaurant).
All in all we loved our holidays and we cannot wait to go back!
